Peppermint tea is good for icky tummys :) all mint things are, so are ginger things. lol sorry this is a bit unrelated i have no idea about green tea or camomile tea :P
Recently bought myself a bag of good-quality egyptian chamomile. As chamomile is caffeine-free, I like drinking it before bed. The smell is really really relaxing and it does seem to make my eyelids feel heavier.
Green tea is a bit more of a boost for me. I like it in the mornings with breakfast. If you're wanting something for an upset stomach, I highly recommend peppermint tea. If you're not big on peppermint, go for lemon ginger.
Upset stomach/nausea use ginger. Its whats often used for motion sickness. Herbs can be tricky if the same ones are used too much. Echiancea and others can really stress the liver. I had a client who turned yellow from echinacea. Some alkaloids really have a bad effect on people. Its wise to treat herbs as quasi medicinal and not as health treats to just be gobbled up and/or drank etc etc.. I would rotate teas. Green tea seems pretty regular though. The white and black teas have their uses as well. Stuff like licorice can be peculiar person to person. I think Chamomile has alkaloids in it they are very bad for me but maybe not for you
I thought that green tea was a detoxicant or something. It is pretty good for you thought, I think all tea is as long as you don't put milk in it or something.
The world is just illusion always trying to change me.

I felt emotions of gentleness and pleasure, that had long appeared dead, divide within me. - Frankenstein.
There's tea containing valerian root which can help you sleep, but I have read online that prolonged use of valerian can cause depression, although other online sources say it is a natural treatment for depression and anxiety. I'm not sure which is true, but probably best to be cautious if you already have depression and look into it for yourself.
The trick with green tea if you lack a thermometer is to either pour the water in right before it boils, or turn it off and let it stop rolling for a little bit. As long as the water is hot! But I agree, avoid boiling water as it does make it rather bitter. I think that's what happens to a lot of first-time green tea drinkers and may be why they say it tastes strong and unpleasant.
