I'm Emma. I am 23 and currently a part time student of History in Berkshire. I first found RYL about nine or ten years ago and have posted in Vets for the last four or five years. I used to post here a lot more and I miss the old crowd but a bunch of new people to reinvigorate vets sounds good too :)
Hi, I'm Lisa. I'm 33 and separated. I work as an administrative assistant. Looking forward to getting to know you all!
Shauna, I was scrolling down while I read your post. Apparently the screen was moving faster than my eyes because I first saw it as "I'm a full time ninja."
Hi everyone! Couldnt resist dropping in this morning even though it is silly o'clock!
Do you need cookies Katie for a first time alarm?

6 rabbits, an ex stray cat and a variety of fish! I was after a goat but he said no!
Had gerbils when I was young - ended up with hundreds! Also had three dwarf hamsters - one called stumpy because he only had three legs! (sorry if that's mean, I was young!) I'd forgotten all about him!
You know you're a vet when you see the word "albino" in a post and read it as "libido". Hmm.
Fact about vets - there is a tendency to stray towards sexual innuendo often in the vets general threads. Less now that a certain member has gone though!

Hi, my name is Lydia but I prefer my nickname Liddy!
I'm 29, not far off 30.
I knew RYL in the Ruin days and was a member then I rejoined in 2007.
I've never got on well in Vets before but am willing to give it another go.
And to whoever RYL's in the bath, for goodness sake don't drop your electrical device in or you'll fry yourself!!
I hate coffee but love the smell of it! Random, sorry.
I don't work as I am too unwell and no man will go near me which makes me very, very lonely. I've even been speed dating 3 times - alone. I only have 2 real life friends.
I have a beautiful cat and rabbit though - look at my avatar picture - the white bunny is mine!!
Off to make a cup of tea....

Hey Liddy, lovely to meet you :D,
Hopefully this new start in vets will go better for you, i'll keep my fingers crossed for that.
I love random little stories like that, they can be amusing :D.
Pfft, who needs real life friends when you have RYL and the interwebs!
Thats rabbit is sooo cute!
I know even though I could be accused of bias due to being her mother but quite frankly I think that would be nitpicking ; )
She is pure white with grey tips to her ears and a smudge of grey on her nose and tail. Her eyes are pinker nearer the middle and go out in rings almost, to deep red.
My cat is huge - ginger and white - he reminds me of Garfield! He didn't have his knackers off for the first five years of his life so he grew to full size - my vet said ginger cats are the biggest but softest too! Bit like him, he's a right mummy's boy with paws so big he could flatten my rabbit with one paw as she's a baby still - under a year old - but he's scared of her. Quite frankly it's embarrassing but what can you do?!
Don't you just hate mushy mothers who think their kids are the bees knees?! ; )

Hii I'm Lio and I am 21 soon to be 12, I've always felt too young to post in here but I guess I am getting old now *sigh*
I am a full time Sciences student and the way things are going, I will be until the end of time. Currently at the parents for Christmas where we have three cats, six chickens and a gorgeous dog. Um, hiiiii!

Mike (if I may call you that) I do not wish to be unkind to my own flesh and blood (or most people) but my cat Oscar is LAZY! He is currently asleep next to me on his cushion with a paw over his eyes, snoring. He does not believe in exercise or moving in general. Bed to food bowl to bed to the toilet (outside, no litter trays!) to bed again for the rest of the day.
