Triggering (SI) - needing hugs ( also trig suicide )

I yesterday bit my hand near the webbing of my thumb and then also scratched it red...and last night i was thinking more about hurting myself and also thinking about suicide



I am scared

What made you feel like it was necessary to do so?

i was edgy and just RRRGH!

and i..am afraid of what i could do if i got ahold of something sharp

I manged a tool....but am not sure if i will utilize it or not

i manged to give up the tool...

didnt use it ...but now i am wishing i didnt..

I am less edgy but still wanting to cut...and not so suicidal now

I'm glad you gave up the too & are feeling less suicidal.
Do you know where these feelings of edgy-ness are coming from?

no...i wrote down the abuse i went through ..and it didnt help..so i know its not that right now..

but i cant think of any other reason to why i feel this way..

maybe its cause i gone 1 year and 6 months without cutting

I'm sorry to hear you're having such a difficult time right now. Prehaps talking to someone might help you work through why you're feeling like this? I understand if you find writing about things difficult. Sometimes we can feel a certain way and not known why, it's quite common - so please don't work yourself up about it. Try & take care of yourself. Prehaps do something nice for yourself? :) x
