hi aim still in shook i think ! i cut my self sat night and ever since hossi sent me packing i Carnot stop shaking and rocking is it shook ? I'm having bad urges to cut again I'm not able to shift Wat I'm feeling ,i haven't Any one to talk to only this site so Wat do you any one think this is ,

no i have nothing ,i have phoned my Dr surgery up and she just said i let Dr know ,and reminded me I'm seeing him Wednesday so I'm going it alone ,how do i get rid of this condition ?????????? i don't know thanks for you replaying to me .

Loud music, use the internet constantly, anything that distracts you as much as possible. I don't know what else to suggest, because I would normally talk to my parents (after huge self-persuasion) or my friend, or, if I am at school, I would go to the school nurse. I guess that doesn't apply to you.
