Well, it is complicated. I hate them too. It always seems so arbitrary, just pick a number. It doesn't mean anything. And when I'm in the middle of it, I have no idea how I feel compared to how I felt yesterday or last week or last month, I just know it's bad. (On the other hand, I know some people find it helpful).

Maybe instead of just stating a number also have a think about what you could do to bring it up one or two points? Hope you're all okay xx
