Um :/

i just found a new method to use and well i cant forget about it and wanna try it out. Actually just wanna hurt myslef. Bleh trying distractions and chat :/ any ideas.

It's good that you are trying distractions and chat, it shows that deep down you don't want to hurt yourself. It's not worth it hun, it might give you a short-term release but it is only going to make you feel worse in the end. Maybe writing down a list of reasons of why not to self-harm could help refocus your mind. Take care

True- one reason is i have a in-class text tomorrow so needa be there for that.

It ended up being ok... crisis people randomly called me and said that thrers a bed available if i wanted it. I stayed home and managed to get to sleep after what seemed like forever. Test is in two hours and just need to skim over various readings. Most classmates are farily confident that it will be easy so im gonna believe them and hope for the best.

How do you feel about a bed being offered? Do you think you need it? Hope your test went okay too?

My test went ok. The bed offered was in a locked ward and i wont do that. Otherwise if there was one available on unlocked ward and i was/ am able to go to classes then id take it.
