Well yeah
I cam here cause im not to sure, but im worried i may have an ED.
I've always been stresed about eating in social situatuions, thats true.
But just lately im stressed about eating all together.
I have no scales so i worry.
So its like today, i didnt really eat all day then got backa fter school, and on uimpulse stuffed myself with a load of crap, then sepent the evening looking for opertunities to purge but finding myself unable to.
So yeah, im not too sure.
Any help would be much apreciated.

Here's my two cents.
Good for you for being worried. Worry is a good thing if you think you might have an ED.
If you're looking for opportunities to purge, then whether or not you have one right now, you are on your way.
This not a good thing.
And being stressed about eating is not a good thing either.

In conclusion, I really suggest you ask for help before things get out of control. Any kind of help is a good start; I'm sure you know what you're capable of asking for. (Consider my PM box always open.)

Just take baby steps. If you ever tried the waiting-15-minutes-before-cutting thing... it might help to try that with bingeing and / or purging. Once you've waited 15 minutes, go for another 15, and last as long as you can.
I really find that once I've waited long enough, it seems pointless to purge... not the best solution but it's a little step. =)

Whether this is an ED or not, its not healthy eating.
As Krysta said, being worried is a good thing hun.
Could you maybe talk to one of your friends about how you feel hun?
Or maybe a school teacher? they can then get you the right support and help babe.
I know it might seem like well its not that bad i don’t need help, but really its better to help now rather than later, when its really out of control.
You are a beautiful person, and you or your body doesn’t deserve to go through this, especially alone, please try and talk to someone.

Thankies for the support my darlings. Im currently arguing with myself to try to eat, cause i sort of, do eat, but only a tiny little bit at at time. But im working on it.
About a month ago i took my first proper lunch to school for the first time in years, so i keep trying to cast my mind back to that happy week, when i was happy and not half starved and exhausted. Thanks again for all your support. I am going to try my hardest from now on.

Very Proud of myself, I ate all my tea tonight and felt better for it, even tho i had a shower i had no great urge to go throw up do i guess thats a good sign. Thankies again for all your support. Just the rest of tonight to get through.
