Are you able to go for walks on the grounds, if there are nice walkable areas? When I've been in hospital I've found it helps to do something then go on a walk then do something else then go on another walk to break up the time.

There are no grounds.
Its just a car park.
And the hosptial is odd because its right in the middle of a normal housing estate so not even any cafes or anything to go to.
Just a little corner shop.

I did go out into town today though and had a walk about which was nice.
I'm going to try and get out every day

I'm glad you went into town and had a nice walk. Is it far from the hospital? Trying to get out every day sounds like a really good plan to avoid some boredom and also to get you used to being out and about again. Good stuff!

I had to get the train into town.
Station is about a 15 min walk from here.

I've just seen the doctors about something that was worrying me and they said it sounds like I have angina.
I'm a bit worried about it.
I don't want to have to stop going out but exercise makes it worse

Are the doctors looking into what it might be? Maybe you could try and take things slower when you're out if that helps at all in the meantime.

I think so
They did an ECG earlier which showed my heart was fast I think but we knew that already
Im not sure what else they will do
I've been trying to take it slower when I go out
It frustrates me though

Yeah I can imagine it must be frustrating. Hopefully something can be found out/not found out for sure and there will be ways of managing things.

I just hope it's 'something' because that's better than not knowing at all if that makes any sense

They spoke to the med reg and they said I have to go to hosptial to get checked out so not happy about that.
But I guess its better to be safe

Yeah, definitely better to be safe. Has there been any progress with tests etc?

All the tests came back clear so they just said follow up with GP
I went for a short walk today and it wasn't too bad so hoping it was just an anxiety thing
