How Do You Conquer Urges Without SI-ing?
Hey! Im looking to make myself a list of things to do that make me feel like im beating the urges without actually causing too much damage.
So far all ive tried is wearing a rubber band on my wrist and twanging it when i want to hurt myself which i think really helps. You get the little rush of pain but without any particularly bad happening.
If you can think of other things that would do the same please let me know :)
