It's been a long time, positive post
It's been nearly five months since I last self harmed and this is roughly the longest I've ever gone think I hit six months once but not 100% sure on that. I've wanted to tonight but I've realised how far I've come n now it's encouraging me to go further try n make it for a bit longer. No reply needed just wanted others to know its possible that things can get better even for people like me who never seem to believe that things will improve for themselves

That's really great, it sounds like you're putting a lot of effort into staying self harm free and I hope you recognise that. Well done.
