Triggered. Again.

Imagine that. *rolls eyes* I want to hurt myself right now, but am trying to keep distracted. My weight has dropped some more. Part of me just wants to say oh to hell with it and harm. I am running out of patience.

I am feeling better now, but thoughts of self-harm have been occurring off and on all day. I was able to stay distracted.

That's good! It's awesome that you can keep yourself away from it like that for any amount of time. That takes a great deal of strength.
