When I was a child, and a few years ago too. I trusted God and my family.

Do you know what changed to make the Man and voices more trustworthy? If you trusted God and your family before, why can you no longer trust them?

That's a very good question! I guess the voices are just persuasive.

I want to be sick, I shouldn't have eaten.

Maybe just for lack of a better pun, food for thought re the trust thing?

Bodies need food to survive, unfortunately. Sometimes it sucks to have food in you and doesn't feel great physically or mentally, but it is still important. It sounds like eating was probably the right thing. Is there anything else you can do or try to focus on instead?

I did the dishwasher and had a cup of tea, now I'm watching tv with family. It's probably best to have company right now. So so tempted.

That all sounds really good. It sounds like you are trying really hard. Can you focus on how the tea feels, like is the warmth comforting? Or focus on how being able to be with your family makes you feel (assuming it is a nice feeling)? Hopefully if things get worse you can also let your family know what's going on.

I told my mum. She reminded me that making yourself sick is bad for you physically.

How have you been over the past couple of days?

My aunt came to stay which was actually nice. She knows about the crazies so didn't expect me to be really sociable. And I've got an appointment with my CPN tomorrow so I've written down everything he needs to know.

I'm glad that you had some family time without too much social pressure. I hope your appointment with your CPN goes well, it's good that you've prepared by writing things.

I'm around, just unsure what you are nervous about? I guess in general just working on doing nice things for yourself, staying safe, and reaching out to your family if needed would be my general suggestions.

I'm nervous about seeing my CPN. I don't want to be dismissed.

What do you want him to do that shows he hasn't dismissed you?

I'm seeing him again tomorrow because I couldn't talk today. But he said he would talk to the psych.

I hope it goes better today. Is there anything that would make it easier for you?

I'm thinking of taking PRN before the appointment and I've written more stuff to explain my anxiety

When is your appointment? Will PRN help you feel a bit less anxious so you can hopefully communicate more?

4pm. Lorazepam can help me when I'm anxious.
