Hey, I am Kaz, I was a member a long time ago, I'm finding things a little difficult at the moment but I'd also like to help others. I haven't self harmed for over 3 years and although I do still struggle I'd like to offer maybe a little hope for others.

Also there's a few questions about the site that I would like to ask, can someone point me in the right direction please?
