Triggering (SI/ED) - just wondering what would happen

i have slight OCD and i have to take meds every day and i was wondering what would happen if i stopped taking them i did stop once for a few days but i cant remember them days and in just fed up of them its so annoying plus it causes other problems in my life like ED and SI and i dont like it any more what shall i do?

hun sorry u feel like this, i no this might sounds rele annoying but i would not stop taking your meds without talking to a doctor it could do you worse in the long term, if you cant go to ur gp is there anyone else you trust or talk to discuss about coming off tablets hope this helps xxx

I think going off your meds would really make things a lot worse. The meds are controlling your OCD symptoms. Going off them would make all the syptoms come back. If you don't want to be on meds, there are therapies that can help with OCD, so talk to your doctor. Maybe between the two of you, you can come up with a reasonable solution.

Don't go off your meds. Its only when you stop taking them you realise how they are keeping you alive. I forgot to take mine with me during a week long holiday; I was hallucinating so much at the end that I wasn't sure what was reality and what wasn't. My parents were sick of my irritable and paranoid behaviour, and I developed some really bad fears.
Talk to your doctor about your meds, don't do anything against medical advice.

ok i wont go off them il talk to my doctor and see what other options and i can have instead thanks guys
