I'm staying in here today, I finally let my emotions through on something a friend just got that I need badly -a medical thing, the thing is physical but the relief is purely mental- and it's not fun. I'm depressed, envious & hyper self conscious, allergies are messing with my voice making things worse, and I work the rest of today.

no point, but thankyou. spent last few hours r/ving and posting and trying to make self feel more stable, but failed. I don't know what to do, I feeel lost and scared. I am not sure I can survive
