It was annoying if anything. I like to kid myself that I am healthy.

Haven't worked out for a couple of days, I'm in Brighton with my cousin and like five kids and a dog.
So I'm gonna work out today when I get back even though it's supposed to be a rest day. Whoops.

I'm gonna tap him like a maple tree. I'm gonna search him for some syrups. I'm gonna be having sex with him.

How's everyone getting on in here? Hope you are all keeping active/making progress. Been **** for me the past few weeks with the weather we've had (England) as half of what i do is outside. Managed to stick to everything im meant to do i just haven't enjoyed it. need some sun soon!
Only positive is im absolutley skint atm so i can't afford to get pissed/high or smoke now. Got three weeks till i get paid so hopefully il be through cold turkey and not be that tempted to fall back into my bad habits by then lol
Good luck for your competition mr t, let us know how you get on

Can I just announce that today was my FIRST GYM SESSION WOO.
I joined Curves, the ladies gym, and it's circuit training. I did the standard workout which is 30 mins.
It felt good!

Wow well done! Circuit training is awesome, one of my fave ways to work out!
I did a 5 hour tkd seminar and then a 2 hour tkd class later that night. 7 hours of martial arts in one day is not a good idea folks!! Took me all week to recover!

Housework. Seriously. Some vigorous hoovering, carrying bags of shopping, etc can all help.

for anyone that runs, what sort of time could you do 10k in? Also do you train solely for running or do you run to benefit another sport you take part in? Need some people to compare my times too :)
