I am currently:

Triggering (ED) - ed specialists
ive just come out of an ed unit and the local ed specialists say they can't take me on because they have no room on their books. ok so wat am i supposed to do? Before i went to the unit i was assessed by them (after my psych nagged them for ages coz they kept refusing) and they said if i lost just a few more pounds id be hospitalised coz my organs would fail and id probably end up being tube fed. But then in the next sentence it was like 'oh but we can't take you on' - i'm like wtf? how serious does a situation have to be before they do something?
Since ive come out of the unit, im relapsing badly and tbh my cpn doesnt have a clue about eds whatsoever so basically i'm screwwed!
sorry, just wanted a rant!

Sweetheart maybe you should tell your CPN? maybe they could get you some more help with a different counsellor - perhaps not a specialist, but maybe it'd help?

I cant offer any help really but i know what your going through.
I'v ben refused outpatient support after being inpatient. Services say i'm still too ill for them to work with me. WTF? its redicula. Try contacting some advocacy type people. PALS.

saw my cpn today and apparently the best they can do is refer me to the dietician for a couple of weeks... mmm...

I am sorry that this has happened to yet another member of RYL.Its sad to see people being turned away help whenthey are seriously ill.
Try your best to eat as much as you can and gain some weight if not keepit at the same until you get a placement somewhere.I hope the dietician will help you but you need more than that.
how did the news about your weight make you feel? did it make you feel any differenyly about what you are doing to yourself?

it didnt make me feel any different to be honest. Since ive been out, (which is only 2wks) im just a few pounds from the weight i went in at. i'm losing it fast yet noone has noticed and well,, i''m not saying anything either. i no its bad, but i just dont care about me anymore. Sorry x
