POEM/RHYME GAME

SO, we will be starting a poem. each user writes a line starting with some of the others line. something like, there was an old lady who swallowed a fly!

"She swallowed the spider to catch the fly; I don't know why she swallowed a fly - Perhaps she'll die! There was an old lady who swallowed a horse;" ECT. ECT.

I'll go first.


I once sat upon a rocking chair holding my yarn and needle

Right, I'm not sure if I get it but I'll have a go!

Upon a rocking chair the spiders can't get me

As spiders are so dumb and feeble



Did I do it right?

I don't know if either of us is right, but I'm going to crack on!

So dumb she thought she was, believing in all this superstition.
