He sounds a bit useless. Do you think you'd be able to ask your Doctor to refer you for another assessment because your last one wasn't good and you feel you need more help?

i want people to not think what has caused me to be like this
i dont want to suddenly dissolve for no reason

You're not a waste of space, and this isn't pointless. Do you think you could try and go to therapy tomorrow? You don't have to talk much if you don't want to, just take each moment as it comes. You can do this, you've come through so much, you can do this too.
