Is it acceptable not to shower in the morning if you're going out but you're going to be exercising and showering late afternoon?

I never shower when I wake up to be honest. I usually wash at night before bed.

Why are you asking? Has someone told you that it is not acceptable?

yea of course. that's fine if that's what you are comfy with. everyone has different routines for showering. there's no one right way or time.

Thanks for the input. No one's said anything, it's just a while ago I went through a period of rarely showering and now exercising is quite new to me, so I'm not sure what's 'normal'.

personally would say you do need to shower after exercise if you've gotten sweaty. but even then, other humans go out and about and do things after that all the time without showering first. so there's no real normal, only what works for you. like if we go to a riding lesson and get dirty and sweaty, we may still go someplace on the way home. but then shower when we get home.

I didn't shower this morning before going out, but I did after exercising. Is that OK?

I rarely shower in the morning. Only when I have forgotten/couldn't be bothered to shower the previous evening! There's no set rules. Not everyone needs to shower every morning, not even every day! Showering after exercise is perfectly adequate
