I am currently:
Sleep deprivation

I have been awake for 19 hours . Purposely . Running on four hours sleep because my friendrawing challenged me . And now another friend has challenged me . She's already had a full night sleep. But I want to maintain my status of God of sleep deprivation... should i keep going or should I sleep ?


I'm not joking either

But my muscles ache and I feel a little dizziness is normal ?
How can I make myself stay awake ?

Why do you want to be God of sleep deprivation? I think you should try to get some rest soon because you will have to at some point and it can't feel very physically nice to be sleep deprived. Maybe you could find something else to focus on achieving?





I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

You should sleep. Sleep deprivation can make one do strange things, not be a god.

Nothing good comes from going without sleep for extended periods of time. I do it far too often for various reasons, and it has nothing but negative effects.

Staying up all night once isn't going to hurt you, though. You'll just be tired the next day (and probably the day after). Just try not to make it a habit. The more you do it, the less you notice the negative effects, and the harder it is to stop.

If you're intent on staying up, drink lots of water, don't go too heavy on the caffeine (it'll make you more sleepy later), and try to maintain good posture (sitting or standing). These things tend to work pretty well in the first 48 hours or so.
