Still thinking about today. Went outside and stayed out despite that fact the I was anxiety ridden. Got iced coffee and walked a (little) bit. Was really hot and sweating was awful. Wished I could say I enjoyed it. Maybe just be proud I did even that much under than circumstance. The vampire in me was revolting LOL :D

Maybe there were spots of what felt like happiness. Don't strive to be happy. As I've said elsewhere, see it as extreme (happy and sad), seems like unhealthy emotions, but natural without overthinking it. Look for maybe content and at ease. Peace seem final, believe that comes in due time. Trouble with me, I overthink everything ;)

Made the mistake of thinking I could watch even local news; a mistake, quickly turned on an old DVD (Freddy Krueger to be precise).

So difficult to be informed at the same time sheltered, must go into self preservation to prevent crisis.
