Do you think it's like a "I don't deserve to be happy" guilt complex?
I can't say that happens to me, but I've heard it mentioned often.

I can definitely relate to this. I think my guilt stems from being brought up in a very strict Catholic household. I dont really have any advice as I'm still going through it myself, but I try to keep focusing on the good thing to try and outweigh the guilt. You shouldn't feel guilty about something that has made you feel so good. I know it can be so hard to let go of the guilt and try to get yourself to realise that you deserve to be feeling and experiencing something so good. Big hugs :)

I get this all the time, I always crash after a good day, or a good chat with my Mum or something. It feels like reality hits me afterwards. All I can suggest is do something nice for yourself after a good day; a bubble bath, or whatever you life, remind yourself there are more good times to come - its not the end.

I get that all the time too. For me personally, I think that it is because I put so much effort into being sociable when I'm out that it leads to exhaustion when I'm by myself. The only way I've learnt to deal with it is to acknowledge my mood change and try to do something kind at home to cheer me up. Even if it is just a cup of tea. I don't know if this is something that could help you at all?
