I'm back.

Hi. I don't know if you remember me, but I used to frequent these forums.

I am doing a lot better now. I have a good support worker starting soon to help me.

I've taken up powerlifting and it's massively improved my self confidence. I put on a lot of muscle bulk and it feels good.

I am no longer a ball of anxiety, in fact I function mostly on logic and science.

I'm going to have my last year of uni soon.

I will start posting on these forums again, to provide advice where I can.

I apologise in advance if I'm blunt or tactless, I may be doing a lot better, but I'm still autistic lol.

And I live alone with my pet cat now. I am so much more independent these days, although I still struggle with shopping and some types of travelling.

:)

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.

Nice to hear that you're doing well Oly :)
I was wondering how you were getting on!

I'm fine! Totally fine. I don't know why it's coming out all loud and squeaky, 'cause really, I'm fine!

Who else is fine?!?!?

Welcome back Oly! I am glad that you are doing well. I was wondering about you. I wondered if you had been IP as you disappeared suddenly but it doesn't seem to be the case.

Thanks all :)

I was IP last year for a month but that was because my autism and resultant behaviour got really out of hand. They optimised my meds which has kept me rather calm since.

I get support from council-funded care workers now but I can do things like gym and small shops on my own.

I still struggle a bit with communication but I'm working on that.

I missed you all!

I'm glad the met changes worked and you're getting the support you need! Super proud of you for managing small shops and the gym on your own by the way, that's brilliant. It's nice to see you around again.

Thank you both and I remember you. Sorry for my late reply, I've been busy with powerlifting training.
