Just found this thread, reckon this could be a useful one for me. I never seem to sleep before 2:30 am now. Bearing in mind I get up at 7 :/ I really don't know what I do all night though. Listen to music I supose, yourselfs?

I have gone the last two days without sleep I do everything that is recommended and yet I cant seem to fall asleep. (It is just another proof that my body is trying to kill me. If I don't some sleep soon I will lose my frigging mind. HELP ME!

I managed to get off to sleep at around 3.00, only to have to get up at 6.30 <sigh>. Work was surreal today.

Well, I've been all kinds of stupid today. Got in from work at about 7.00 and fell asleep in front of a dvd. I've just woken up now, convinced there was something I was about to do (I really hope there wasn't as it's gone midnight) and now I'm wide awake so I guess there's no more sleep for me tonight :(

i've been up about 38 hours now. I get bouts of insomnia every so often. Cant sleep, mind is always too restless and fast, whether its during the day or night and it doesnt matter how busy i am during the day. can't wait til im next able to sleep tbh!
Sometimes, I really want to murder my insomnia.
Take today for example, I was running on sixty hours of no sleep, and RANDOMLY I crash. I crashed so hard, I missed the first three hours of school.
Does anyone else hate the extreme crashing?

Feel really fine, awake, alert, almost perky. I could totally go and do a days work right now. But it's dark and everyone else is asleep and I know I'm going to suffer for this in the morning. Grrrr.

I did try to go to sleep at 11 today...it failed, so watched russel howards good news, listened to music, typed few emails, fighting the urge to go downstairs and eat ice cream and crisps!

T'is a good one, yep my early nights seem to be around the 3am mark, but i never get more then few hours sleep, and its always really broken up :(
Going shopping in tesco 24hour shops is always fun at night, its normally you, people unpacking, and a few drunk people getting pizza and sweets!

@Ady - it does look a bit Oatmeal like. I love his stuff! I can't remember where I got it from, just a random google search.
Can you really do coursework late at night? After about 1 or 2am I find that I'm wide awake but can't actually do anything cos my brain's floating around like a dead goldfish. That's when I struggle to find things to do.

erm, well i try to do coursework, normally i end up jotting notes down for it and then during the day try and get something concrete in place (i do electronic engineering which is a massively boring subject with not to much writing in it)
