Hey
It is quite easy to read information of the internet and "diagnose yourself", but the internet can be full of crap to be honest.
But obviously, if its causing you concern id get ti checked out. I hope it goes okay, and keep us updated xx

I hope for nothing. I fear nothing. I am free.

Agreed. I would probably just say that I was concerned about the way I've been lately and feel like I need help. (or something along those lines)

I would bring your concerns and your symptoms to your doctor, or a psychologist/psychiatrist, and have a discussion with them about it. The best thing you can do for yourself is to not get worked up in the symptoms you think fit with the diagnosis, but instead your own symptoms outside the diagnostic sense; everything you feel, even if it doesn't correspond to BPD.
It might also be worth writing some things down if you have specific concerns about parts of BPD you think apply to you. However, I wouldn't be quick to diagnose yourself as that can be dangerous in a sense to your own mental health, labeling yourself can sometimes have a negative affect on you.
All the best, hope you can see someone soon.
