Overdose/ Self-Poisoning Question - overdosing on natural supplements?

Lately I've been taking overdoses of the sleeping supplement Melatonin. Not HUGE ones but, definitely enough to be considered an OD. I'm wondering if a melatonin overdose is as serious as a regular medication OD. Like what could happen with a melatonin OD. Sorry, I know I shouldn't do it but it's something I've been doing for a while now.

I suggest calling 1-800-222-1222. That is the national poison control center they can tell you very specific information about what you took and you can tell them how much you took and get specific advice.

OD-ing on "natural" substances is just as severe as OD'ing on synthetic drugs...as "natural" substances are still drugs...drugs are drugs are drugs, doesn't matter if its from a plant or made in a lab....it's dangerous to OD on ANY drugs....
