I feel like throwing it all away

I feel like cutting. However I know that I would only cut once. If I cut only once would I throw over 4 years away or wouldn't it count?

It wouldn't take away the achievement of managing for so long without doing it, but I suspect you would end up feeling quite bad about it.

Can you remind yourself of all the reasons you stopped in the first place? What feelings are behind the wanting to cut - is there anything else that might help?

It'll get better. Until then, have a day."

Hey,

How have you been doing since you posted this? I hope you did manage to not act on these urges - it sounds like you've been doing brilliantly to have managed so long without it, and you should be really proud of yourself.

I didn't cut in the end. My pip letter started it all off. My cpn phoned the dwp for me. I have had the form and I have managed to fill it in. However I still need the welfare rights help because I don't know what parts are relevant. The only fly in the ointment is that I have written about two physical conditions that my gp isn't aware of (one is mainly due to embrassment and the other is that I am afraid that I will only be told to go on a diet). I also don't have a medication list due to the fact that I am on a depot and the other prescription medicines are prn. My cpn faxes the gp when I need more. So I am kinda worried.

How do you feel about your decision not to cut?

I don't know anything about pip, but I don't think I've ever heard of a time when bureaucracy stuff has been simple. I hope it all works out the way you want it too.

this is my magical medicine cabinet. Left to right they contain: courage, hope, calmness, and strength.

The magical part: They NEVER run out, so borrow some any time you want.

PM me anytime, I love getting messages :)
