Sometimes when things are bad but you have a workable option, it can help to think, "I will do this just for today." Can you stay just for today?



I changed my password everywhere to "incorrect". That way, when I forget it, it always reminds me, "Your password is incorrect."

I am currently:

I'm staying till the weekend as I'm going to my dad's. But I have therapy tomorrow and an appointment for my foot which triggers me. I'm taking it moment by moment but it's spilling out mainly to jodie which isn't fair.

Okay so what kind of stuff would be useful?

You're home Fridaynight - Sunday afternoon. That's friday night, saturday day, saturday night and sunday day to keep safe.

Remember you have the cassel (and me) to call/text if things get rough.

Maybe on Saturday morning you could pop out and get some craft stuff (I'll lend you some money) and spend that days crafting? You could also take a colouring book and every time you get an urge colour one bit in, then another and another until the urge has passed.

Friday night you could go out to Aldi and get some food and spend the evening cooking things you can put in Tupperware boxes in the fridge for dinners the next two nights. You could get really adventurous with cooking with herbs and spices and such.

And Sunday morning you could tidy up and hoover your room. Maybe go through some of your stuff and make a charity shop bag to take to the charity shop next time you're down. And if you're struggling there's nothing wring with going back a bit early and wondering around the area until it's time to go back.

What else do you think would help keep you safe?

I am currently:

I've been ok so far. I went to the Dr's yesterday and then to the supermarket.

I've done my errands and been charity shop shopping for clothes that fit. I've done laundry and other errands in town. I've had a nap.

Now I'm not sure what to do with myself. I don't feel any more unsafe than usual tbh. I'm a bit worried about myself as the evening continues.

I'm ok thanks. Dreading going back tomorrow but nothing new there.

I have the pain clinic on monday and I'm scared they will say I'm making it up.
