Hey everyone!

I am brand new here. I have never been part of an online community before (yes, I live in a hole). So honestly, I am not sure what to expect. But here goes.

I am here because right now I have no self-esteem and I have such high standards that nothing I do is good enough for me. I am so lost. And the worst part is, my life is perfect, with loving parents and deep friendships, but for some reason I still feel this way. I can't reach out because I have tried in the past and it hasn't worked out.

So, I was hoping that someone here would have some pearls of wisdom for me.
