Yes I have. I've told the crisis team, I've told my support workers and my support work and I went to the Drs yesterday and told them...they said they were referring me to the crisis team and to expect a call today, at the latest but I haven't received a call. I don't know what else to do.

It sounds like you're trying hard to be heard. I hope the crisis team do call and are useful. Do you see the support workers over the weekend?

Have you heard from the crisis team? How are you occupying yourself this weekend?

I know that feeling. Are your family able to offer you any support while services are being rubbish? Or could you even have regular contact with your GP until things are put in place?

I'm going back to see a GP (a different one to the one I saw on Thursday) with my support worker on Friday but I doubt they'll do much. My family do support me but they have their own struggles.

Feeling alone sounds really difficult. How did you get on with the GP?

Thanks for your reply. I cancelled the GP. I'm feeling so anxious and down. And to make things even worse I crashed my car today. On the verge of breaking down.

Oh no, are you hurt? That must have been a shock and distressing. Do you think you could try again with the GP? It's worth a go to be heard by someone. Even if when you get to the appointment you don't feel in the right place to use it well hopefully the GP could prompt you.

I'm not hurt no just annoyed with myself as I reversed into a concrete bollard. Maybe. I'm waiting to hear what the outcome was as my case was supposed to have been taken to an allocation meeting today.

I know the feeling of being annoyed at yourself, lots of people have made the same mistake as you though. I hope you can be kinder to yourself. An allocation meeting sounds like progress, do you know when you'll find out the outcome?

I guess so. I did damage to the radiator and bodywork it was quite bad. I'm still waiting to go and pick it up. I really could have done without it. I have no idea. I'm not sure whether to chase it up or wait a few days and see if I get a letter.

I don't think there would be any harm in phoning to ask if you're up to that. They may just say they're sending a letter anyway. I hope something is sorted for you soon.

My support worker called mh team but receptionist didn't know anything and said nothing had been added to my notes. Today has been awful. I haven't stopped crying all day.

I'm sorry that today has been so bad. Days like that are really, really horrible. I must be distressing that the MH team aren't pulling their weight. Could you get an advocate? Perhaps a support worker could help you to find one.

Thank you. Don't know how to feel better, I just feel so awful. It doesn't help that the mh team are doing nothing to support me and haven't done since I've moved. Tried the advocacy service before and they're useless but thanks for the suggestion x
