You are also getting stickers. I thought I lost them and this was my main reason for not having sent it earlier. 'Present' is a little of an exeggeration though ... I mailed it after counselling as I wanted to do something nice. Lol.

Well done Ilana! That's really great! It'll take some getting used to, but if you manage to get into a routine of eating breakfast, it will do wonders for your health, energy levels, concentration etc :)
Oh, I also didn't binge eat yesterday. Nor Self-harm. Though I totally planned to. but I was so tired after work I blacked out in the middle of a conversation on here :3

I am giving myself Hero points for dealing with a very stressful and emotionally hurtful event by trying to talk about it and riding it out without doing anything harmful. I've also done well with food today.

Today I tried to be honest with my social worker and I am going to a friend's for a little bit even though I would rather curl up in a massive ball of woe.
Today I was a grown up. I left the house, went to the bank and the post office, mailed a letter to my grandad, got my perscription and went to the gym (and I knew I hadn't eaten enough before going so I made up some lucozade sport and drank that and then ate properly when I gto back)
