Afternoon all. I was supposed to go swimming but I feel very low on energy today so I didn't go. Had trouble getting out of bed. It is very noisy in the corridor today of my block of flats so I am wondering what's going on.

I have written nearly all my Christmas cards. I did them early because I wasn't sure if I needed to buy some more cards. Need more stamps. The only ones I havent written are my parents, my brother and my 2 friends because I need specific ones rather than generic ones. Also need some birthday cards because 3 people I know have birthdays in December including Lorraine.

Hoping to get an early night but meds take forver now they are all learning to use a new computer system rather than using the charts.
