I dont know what to do

I had managed to go three weeks without cutting over christmas and everything but since Ive gone back to school I cant think about anything else....

I dont know why I have friends at school and all but everytime I think about going it makes me want to SI....I always hate the morning in school but then after a few classes I get less upset and become more like my normal self....i dont understand....

maybe it's anxiety. all weekend long I wanted to cut. I managed to get over it and calm down but the minute I got to work, it all started up again.

school makes me want to cut a little bit too, but after a while i get over it. that want will go away shortly, no worries

Oh, honey. You got exams right now? Those are super-stressful and usually make stuff worse. Think happy thoughts or do whatever you need to get through the morning, and keep remembering that things will clear up in the afternoon.

not right now but were preparing for exams in like 3 weeks and there the prep ones for the most important exams in school! thankies for the hugs....i really appreciate it im so glad i found this website....*hugs*
