That's fine. They really don't care. There isn't enough money or resources to help everyone who wants help, they're not going waste their time on someone who doesnt want it.
Nobody who would put you up for a bit? What do you doing during the day - are you a student, do you work?

You'd probably feel better if you got up and had more of a routine though. why not just start with one day a week? It cant hurt; you'll be doing a lot mroe hours at uni.

Okay, so I keep almost trying to hang myself. But I panic before I fall unconscious. I just want to either die or leave home (which I really can't do rn)

Have you looked into hostels or anything in your surrounding area?or you could go to your nearest housing association,explain the home situation and see if they could help?
