I started self harming in 2008/2009? I think. I can't remember. I was self harming at least once a day, at one point, multiple times a day.

I have not cut myself at all since 2013.

I have been mostly clean for 2yrs or so beforehand.

I'm still not quite sure how I did it, but it is definitely doable.

If anyone's struggling, or new here..

Recovery is possible.

There's ups & downs, it's messy, but it IS possible.
