New job june 2017

Hiya All

You probably remember me talking to you about me starting my new job a few weeks, well after stress month and a half. I now officially have a start date as my pre-employment checks have gone through and I am okay to start my job at the call centre. I will be starting on the 12th June 2017 for training.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone out there could kindly give me any advice for starting a new job as I have been out of the loop for quite some time due to mental health reasons and unemployment?
Could you help me out?

Have you ever confused a dream with life? Or stolen something when you have the cash? Have you ever been blue? Or thought your train moving while sitting still? Maybe I was just crazy. Maybe it was the 60's. Or maybe I was just a girl... interrupted.
I know what it's like to want to die. How it hurts to smile. How you try to fit in but you can't. How you hurt yourself on the outside to try to kill the thing on the inside. I tried groups, didn't work out just made my depression a lot worse.

Hi. Congratulations.
How did your first day go? Allow yourself to take in as much information as you can during the training period but also give yourself some space to adjust. Find a routine that maybe works for you?
Also find out what supports are available for you in the workplace and now that you are back to work (you don't have to start them all now- but maybe there are gyms or clubs that you could get involved in with or near work).

Just take it easy and be yourself. I'm sure you're nice and your workmates will like you.

Ask as many questions as you need to so you can learn the job confidently and make a conscious effort to remember the names of work colleagues.

Do you want to share what happened? I think it is natural to feel that way. Is there anything that you could do in the interim to prepare for the job?
Getting into a daily routine, or maybe there are some housekeeping things that you may not have as much time to do once you start working
