Horizon: Why Did I Go Mad? - MH Documentary

I have noticed that next Tuesday (2nd May) there's going to be a mh documentary. It follows 3 people who experience voices, hallucinations and paranoia to explore what causes them and examines various impacts.

It's on bbc 2 at 9 pm. Should be worth a watch though it may be triggering.

Thanks, I'll be watching. There's been a lot of MH programmes lately, it's good for awareness & understanding :)

On BBC 1 tonight was 'Being Black, Going Crazy' about black people in the UK & why are more likely to be sectioned. I didn't know that was the case (although I'd never considered it)

& there's 'Mind over Marathon' a short series about a group of people with MH issues coming together to train for the London marathon. It will be episode 2 tonight (Thursday) at 9pm
