Ana's Song by Silverchair... although I don't recommend that song because it is completely and utterly sh*t, and (with the exception of one line which is actually quite clever) pretty badly written.
4st. 7lbs. by Manic Street Preachers is a FANTASTIC song, but its quite disturbing; the lyrics are extremely graphic (in a good way) and the music is a bit jarring (in a very good way). Its a brilliantly written song (its written as a series of diary entries by a young girl, although the song itself was written by a man suffering from anorexia).

Oh, another person feels the same as me. I listen to it and she's describing exactly how I feel about my ED.. it's an amazing song...
Kelly Clarkson has/had an ED didn't she? I swear I read that somewhere though I may be making that up.....
As a little kid you believed in fairytales,
that fantasy of what your life would be: white dress; prince charming who would carry you away to a castle on a hill.
You closed your eyes and had complete and utter faith.
Eventually you grow up. One day you open your eyes and the fairy tale disappears.
But the thing is, it's hard to let go of that fairytale entirely because almost everyone has that smallest bit of hope, of faith,
that one day they will open their eyes and it will come true.
I got that from: http://www.usmagazine.com/kelly_clarkson_i_was_bulimic
...And she says she just stopped cold turkey and "snapped out of it." Hmm, I should have said "bulimic," she seems to just be throwing around the term.
I once wrote an article about that Kelly Clarkson song in relation to ED and SI...was in the magazine Sugar once...wow that were a long time ago.... I only wanted the £50 lol...
On my iTunes...
Yellow by Coldplay
The chorus has been said to be on about an ED with the whole skin and bones and turning into something beautifulness....
