Okay, so I just wanted to share a few positive things that have kinda made me proud of myself and has given me some more confidence.
First off, I managed to get from A to B using the London Underground without freaking out and or getting lost so yay!
Second, I also spoke in front of a room of about 50 trade unionists from all over the UK, it was terrifying and I was shaking but I did it! and people said I did good :D
Can I has a cookie or cake?!
One of my comrades took this picture as I was speaking haha!
That's awesome Mike! For all you were terrified you look so open and confident in that photo
I tried to be, what the picture doesn't show is, there was another Welsh delegate standing next to me holding the notes that I was talking about so that helped. Plus I just I not long before that picture throw in a joke haha.
Mike, you shinning star!!!!!!!:pompom::pompom::pompom:
I am truly impressed and you should be very proud of yourself. You look good in the picture, brimming with enthusiasm. This was a lovely post to read.x

Bit too much :P haha! But thank you, I just thought it would be nice to kinda share something positive, y'know?
Thank you for sharing. It's easy, because of our mental health, to focus on the negative, something I am guilty of. We need more threads like this. Very inspiring.

That was my thinking!
Saying that, as I was coming home today from where I was, I was a Chester train station having a smoke, and I seen a young lady with scars, she wasn't covered up or anything like that, now that just lifted my spirits and just had so say something to her!
So as a side note, if anyone on here was at Chester train station today, HELLO!
Wow well done Mike! I can get up and sing in front of people but I couldn't get up and talk. You look really well in the pic too. And I know how overwhelming the underground can be.
