I hate the winter!

Anyone else hate the freezing cold weather and the fact that even with the heating and several layers on sometimes it still cold?
I hate the rain to and in the winter it rains a lot and snows.

I want to embrace it because I can't change it but I really do hate the cold!

We have been told that another polar vortex is coming down to the states this winter

I love this time of the year but the rain and dark is fairly miserable!

I keep thinking I should embrace jumpers and failing!

I'll be bitching about it by January but at the moment I like it! I like snuggling up in sweaters and blankets with a hot chocolate and listening to the rain on the windows. I like how it's horrible getting out of bed into a cold room but then you reeeeally appreciate the hot shower. I like walking in the rain sometimes. I like it when it snows. I like the darker nights (to start with :P) because it feels all cosy and I like the glow of lighted windows. I'm getting all excited about Christmas!

Though admittedly, blankets are not helping with my cold nose!

nope nope nope! it's dark when I go to work, it's dark when I leave work. It's frickin freezing all the time and I don't like wearing coats or jumpers or gloves, never have!!!

Aaaaand apparently the UK is going to have the coldest winter on record because of some weird stuff coming from one of the poles. Not sure if it's the one with penguins or without penguins.

I'm fine! Totally fine. I don't know why it's coming out all loud and squeaky, 'cause really, I'm fine!

Who else is fine?!?!?

Mind you Beckie, they said that last year. We were supposed to have three months of snow and we had none.

I'm mixed about Winter. I love wearing cozy clothes and get to cover up but I hate the cold, especially waiting for public transport in the freezing cold (plus any sign of snow and the whole country comes to a standstill!).

I like the winter. I like that I can bake and make all sorts of hot things without feeling guilty. I like showing off my knitted items. I like being ble to knit without my hands getting sweaty.

But starting my car when it's cold out is the WORST.

I love winter but then again our winter never gets anywhere near as cold as what you all get

I dislike the winter too, I really don't like how little sunlight there is and how quickly it gets dark in the evenings.

I try to find positives though, like the dark evenings are perfect for lighting scented candles, watching a film with snacks and having a glass of wine or hot chocolate. It's also nice to make hearty stews, soups and casseroles too.

I don't mind the cold sometimes cos it freezes my arthritis but every time I try to go for a walk, it rains and it's the bitter cold rain. Plus the heating makes me thirsty. I think in the winter, you have to get up early to experience the sunny cold mornings which can be refreshing alright.

It became like a sort of prison. Encased in a silver shell, words so full of bleeding need spilled like drops on dry leaves. And all the while laughter prevailed a long way from here. Nowhere land, nowhere time, nowhere space.

Winter and I definitely do not get on. I'm cold at the best of times - not many people can say they wear fluffy socks and boots throughout summer! The whole leaving for work in the dark and coming home in the dark script makes me feel miserable, add that to how miserable feeling cold makes me and you've got one grumpy gills.
I do like the idea of winter, its quite a romantic season. Just picturing yourself and someone cosied up on the sofa watching Christmas movies drinking hot chocolate whilst snow lightly falls outside.
I'm such a cliche.

Although I cannot cope with people touching me, I do like deep pressure from clothes. I like wearing heavy, thick clothes (NOT tight though, they have to be baggy). I hate summer not only because it's hot and sunny ( = overload) but also because I hate dressing in light clothes which have to show skin. Winter means lots of baggy clothes, no sun, and no heat, which is great for me.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.
