That must have been a difficult experience. Did they say how long they will have to discuss things with other people? If it's likely to be an unknown length of time then please try to put it to the back of your mind as much as possible. Are there kind things you can do for yourself since you managed the call?

I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.

You didn't come this far just to come this far.

Thanks for the support <3

They said they would just discuss over a meeting and then I'll hear next week so not long to wait really, although it feels like an eternity. I also feel really uncomfortable that it's on the system and everyone in my team/MH services can see it. My psychiatrist rang the other day and mentioned she had seen it and it made me upset because I didn't say she could read it, I know it's all confidential but still. I hope that makes sense.

I think it is totally understandable to feel vulnerable when you have zero control over such personal and private information and who gets access to it. Even knowing that information is shared to improve your care it must be difficult to know people potentially know things about you that you wouldn't necessarily share with them personally.

How are you doing?

Thanks <3

That's exactly what I was trying to put across - thank you for making that clearer in my head. Today I am quite stressed out but then when am I not?! Everything feels like a huge struggle, eating, dressing, etc I feel like I'm failing at just everything in life - sorry for the vent.
Today I managed to get dressed and make a call to my MH team I was putting off so that's a positive.

That is a fantastic achievement, love <3

I can relate to *everything* feeling overwhelming and every single area of your everyday life needing to be improved.
My suggestion would be to prioritize what is most urgent and/or will have the biggest positive impact on your overall wellbeing. Alternatively, picking the smallest and least overwhelming issue might work better for you.
There is no use in trying to fix everything at once. Sometimes it is okay to let some problems and habits (temporarily) slide and not actively working on them in order to channel your energy more efficiently (I think my German is showing- we're all about efficiency) into working on what is actually doable at the moment.

With everything going on, keeping yourself and the little one alive is more than good enough when that is all that you can manage.

You're here and you're still trying.
You literally made a human.
You are keeping that human alive too.
You are brave and strong and winning.
Even those moments when it feels like you don't - you are winning.

I don't really know what to say - I'm struggling and yet my CPN says things are better than they were before and maybe they are but I still feel dreadful.

You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you wish to make.
