I'm watching some sort of game show, need to get up for a wee too. I've eaten too much crappy comfort food for lunch... gah. It feels like this unknown phone person is coming into my house or something...

I want another cat too. =(

I need the loo also. But feel too anxious to move.

There really is nothing on the tele at this time of the day.

Yeah like freeview/freesat. I normally put the NowTV channels on.

It went alright, the guy was really nice. Being referred on to someone else so got to wait for another phonecall. No specific time for this one though.

Hey Tamo. Good to hear it went well. =)

I feel ok now. Paced around nervously for a bit afterwards though. And I've googled what he thinks it might be... and, although nothing serious, can be a pain to fix.

Yeah. I just don't want scans and physio and occupational health getting involved... or shoulder injections o.O It sounds like it's going to take a long time to fix... and I might not gain total movement back.

I hope everything goes ok with your treatment NP. Well done for managing the phone call. Will you be able to wind down now?

Well done with all your tasks Lillie. If you get another cat at any point you must stop at 2!

That's annoying Dawn, I hope your appointment went well at least.

I'm glad your blood test was fine Tamo.

Thanks, Lindsay. I hope I can wind down, I'm not quite sure what to do with myself now to be honest. Just sitting here unnecessarily worrying about what-ifs and maybes. Need to go see the pumpkins so that will calm me down a bit, I think.

How's your day going?

If you can get started on something I think that would help, I know it's easy to sit around and worry and that it can be hard to decide what to do etc but getting started with something, anything (safe) might get you into the rhythm of things and out of your head. Going to see the pumpkins sounds like a good plan.

My day is feeling a bit weird but not really terrible at the moment so that's good. I've been to pick up some post and hoovered.

That is good. Anything exciting in the post?

I can't do much until after 4:30-4:45 when everyone's left work. Don't want to go out there while people are still about. I have got an Amazon parcel I could open.

You have an Amazon parcel and you haven't opened it?!!!

I got a couple more Zox bands, from eBay this time. One that has a semi colon on it and says 'continue' and one that says 'this too shall pass'.

I am at my parents house now. The appointment went ok she admitted that she got a bit lost due to the roadworks.

Haha, yes! It's only new comfy insoles for my work boots so nothing exciting at all!

I like the sound of those bands. "This too shall pass" is worth having a reminder of.

Good to hear your appointment went well, Dawn.
