Thank you for your reply. I did end up in A&E after I dislocated my shoulder and a nice man drove me there. Spent the night there, and now I suppose I am going to be okay.

Sorry for freaking out here. I know that it's not the most appropriate place to ask for help in these kind of situations, I was just very disoriented and couldn't get through to anyone IRL.
