I'm glad you are all supporting each other and that your sister will be looked after for the weekend. I hope you can visit her and that is helpful.

Please do not give me virtual hugs unless you are only using the hug function on threads. Thanks.

I hope your sister is getting the support she needs. I also hope that now you can focus some more on yourself and looking after your own needs. Keep talking to your family.

We went to see N this morning, took her breakfast because she isn't up to hospital food. They weighed her last night and she is underweight which we all knew but now hopefully she will believe us. It was so lovely to see her and it seems like they are taking her seriously. I will see her again tomorrow morning and we can text in the meantime.

I'm really glad they are looking after her properly and that you're managing to stay in touch with each other.

Agree that I'm glad she is getting help and looked after and that you were able to visit.

How are you doing?

I am doing ok, I think the increase in clozapine is helping control the voices and fears. I just worry a lot about N. We're going to see her after Mass. Hopefully she will see the psych soon.

I can relate to your worries. It's positive that she seems to be improving a bit. I hope you enjoy Mass and have a nice visit with your sister.

She saw the psych. He's going to talk to her CC and come up with a meds plan. She started a new anti depressant not long ago which can increase suicidality.

She's stressed about her room because it's on the hub end of the male corridor and the door doesn't close properly. She has told staff.

That's good that she's managing to talk to people about her needs and worries. I hope her meds get sorted. How are you doing?

I keep thinking of hurting myself but luckily seeing N is more important to me. No voices so far today :)

I'm sorry you keep thinking about hurting yourself but I'm glad you have a focus away from those thoughts. I hope the voices stay away. You are doing brilliantly.

This will sound really bad, but it's sort of nice not to need to worry about where N is, not to have to listen out for her trying to leave the house.

I don't think that's bad at all. It's a lot of responsibility to care for someone when they are unwell, and that shows how much you care about her. Make sure to reach out for support for yourself if you need.

Relief isn't a bad feeling. You've been so worried and it's understandable to be glad that you don't have to be so on edge any more. I hope you are all doing ok today.

My sister is on a ward I've been on and it's kind of nice having them say how well I'm looking when I visit!

I'm missing N. I know I'll see her in the morning but I'm used to having her around.

Do you know why you're feeling those urges? It's good that you're trying to fight the urges, please keep going. Do it for yourself as well as for your sister.

I often feel more SI-y in the morning, I don't know why. I think the urge is decreasing, thank goodness.
