Thurs 24 - had to to hospital, messed up my arm.
2weeks one minor slip up and then i forget my councilling last friday this friday i just exploded everything was **** and crap. An i was talking to her at the end saying i know im going to do it and i tryed soooooooooooo hard not to i need to again bbuuuut im not going to need some support guys feeling so low at the mo.

Also suppose to be seeing my guy tonight havnt been seeing him for long hes seen my scars but ive got to cover my arms and i know he will know omething and its just going to mess everything up help

forgetting therapy, not the best, prob a catlyst.
you said you tried, thats all you can do.
tomorrow is a new day.
as for the boy, what happened, happened. if he starts to make you feel unsafe, you have to either talk to him or leave. [in a worst case]

As wicked said, recovery is part of recovery. Most self-harmers slip, quitting cold turkey is pretty tough going. Just remember, you still can beat this. Don't give up.
I hope it goes alright with your boyfriend. I'm sure he cares about you and only wants to help. Try be honest with him
