It's hard to change sleeping patterns Dawn but can be done, have you tried going to bed a little earlier, so hopefully you'll wake earlier?

I had my support group today and it was really good.

I'm glad your support group was good Buttons. How often do you go?

I'm still struggling a lot. Safe though.

Traffic Cops is on tonight although I prefer Police Interceptors.

Tbf there is scientific evidence that grated cheese tastes slightly different to ungrated. Past with ketchup is just weird though 0.o
