The psych wants her to carry on taking her meds and has increased one.

Does that reassure you at all?

Not really! But she said she came back yesterday because she remembered she hadn't had all her meds. Once she had taken them she says she felt much better.

That sounds really positive!

How have things been for you both today?

It's good that her meds help and she recognises that. I hope you are both doing well today.

I'm doing ok. My sister is visiting her horse so I'm worried that afterwards she won't have enough to live for.

You worry a lot about your sister, it must be really difficult. I know that when I'm worried about my brother it can affect me a lot. Do you trust that she has the right people around her to support her and that it's not all your responsibility?

She's got our family and I think we do a good job. But the MH services aren't very reliable.

I'm seeing my CPN tomorrow. I'm really nervous! I've got everything written down but... please wish me luck!

I am really sorry for your sister, but according to my advice is that you should give more enough space and time to your sister, keep her indulge in her interested activities, keep her motivated, join her some good yoga and meditation classes, chill out some movies, food and games outdoors. I think this would give her new way of life and enjoyment and her all sorrows would be gone.

I was so tired and anxious that I couldn't really talk, so we're going to make another appointment.

My family want me to eat more, I don't want to. I'm hungry though.

Your body will know what it needs, I'm sorry it's difficult for you to eat more. Are you able to talk about these things with your CPN?

I included it in my note and he asked me about it but I couldn't find the words. I'm seeing him again tomorrow so maybe I will be better then.

I saw my CPN. It was ok. He wants me to eat more. I said I would try, and my sister is going to help. He didn't want to ask the psych for PRN but I persuaded him just to ask.

I'm glad you were able to speak to your CPN today and that you have the support of your sister. Do you think you'll manage without PRN if it comes to that?
