I've had enough of crashing.
of pain
Of darkness.
Of restricting
Of fat
I've had enough of me.
I don't know even if it's worth reaching for extra help this time?

You're not wasting anybodys time lovely. Please be strong, you can get through this. It might not be right away, but one day things will be better. You can do it. There is so much out there worth living for, I know it doesn't feel like it right now but there really are. How about you just go to bed and try and get some sleep now? Things always look that little bit more manageable in the morning.
Take care of yourself sweetie, you are so valueable, don't forget that. x

Don't give up, You have a whole future ahead of you, Sure you are having problems now but this will soon stop and you will start enjoying the nature of life.
Becoming a mother, Having the role of taking care and raising a special life.

We're here for you, and reaching for extra help is such a positive and brave thing to do. There is nothing to be lost by reaching for that help. You've had enough of all those negative things, and you deserve for them to be replaced with positives. There is always hope that things can become more positive, hang on in there.
