Guardians of the Galaxy trailer = HILARIOUS!

Before you watch the trailer, I want you to read this comment:

Quote:
"Warner Bros thinks it's too difficult to make a Wonder Woman movie as audiences can't get into something so wild.

Marvel/Disney is giving us a talking raccoon firing a machine gun while riding the shoulder of a walking plant."
Now... Enjoy!

Shush Anna! Superman is the only good thing about DC. Batman I can take or leave but Marvel has some of my favourites

How can you say that? Some of my favourite comics are from vertigo which belongs to DC. Dong get me wrong, i love marvel. I started with X-men when i first started reading american comic books. I think though, Marvel has had more success with making films based on the comic books than DC. green lantern for example was a bloody disaster.

There is so much more to DC than superman and batman. However i must say, in general, i am not a fan of the new 52. Except for maybe constantine, which they have now moved from vertigo to DC which means more kiddy friendly. But as he original started out as a regular DC character its more moving back to origins. Justice league dark i liked as well.

Also lets not forget about smaller publishers like oni press, image, IDW, dynamite and so on. Wildstorm which is also owned by DC has published one of my favourite comics, planetary. You should read that, absolutely brilliant

Then we have dark horse as well, of course as one of the bigger publishers.

I'm only messing with you :P I do love both. The films though I'm not so confident on the DC front, they seem to be rushing to put out a JLA movie with the Batman Vs Superman movies. It all feels kind of rushed where as Marvel had been planning The Avengers for years and connecting all the films together. I love the Buffy and Spawn comics from Dark Horse and Star Wars which has now moved to Marvel I think? Anyway the more comic book movies the better

Looks awesome, Guardians of the Galaxy is the one I've been really looking forward to I've loved the iron man and thor movies as well as the avengers but it'll be good to see something new in the marvel cinematic universe.

I agree. It was like, they saw how big a success the avengers was and suddenly, it had to go really fast with JLA. Personally i would rather wait some years for it and have something of quality than getting a crap film just because they want to ride the wave of successful superhero films that marvel created.

If only Spider-man movie rights belonged to Marvel and not Sony and we could have an awesome Civil War movie!

Civil war could be a good film.

Oh my Yes!

I was thinking perhaps Planet Hulk too, but from what I've heard, that might happen with the Phase 4 films

I'd love to see a live action planet hulk at some point, as far as the whole marvel vs DC pissing match goes I've never really cared cos both have done things that I like (marvel civil war and planet hulk) and as far as DC goes batman is my fave character and the stuff on their vertigo imprint is awesome especially DMZ and northlanders

I watched the trailer hoping to hear Bradley Cooper's Rocket Raccoon voice. Disappointed. :(
